We are partnered with a cryptocurrency firm who are looking for an experienced Paid Search Director.

We need someone who is willing to relocate to either Singapore or Hong Kong .

The individual in charge will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing paid search strategies across multiple markets. You will lead a team of specialists, manage large budgets, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the fintech, crypto, or i-gaming sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid search strategy to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms.
  • Leverage data analytics and performance insights to optimize bids, ad copy, landing pages, and conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams , including product, analytics, and creative, to align paid search efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Own budget management, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists , fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in paid search marketing , with a strong focus on high-growth industries like fintech, crypto, or e-gaming.
  • Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar budgets and delivering measurable results.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid search automation tools .
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or other data platforms .
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing .
  • Knowledge of regulatory considerations in digital advertising within crypto, fintech, or gaming is a plus.
