We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect – Senior Manager to lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions across complex, enterprise-level projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will design scalable, efficient solutions, provide technical guidance, and mentor development teams.
The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions, can translate complex business requirements into technical architectures, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive technical designs, including data models, integration strategies, and custom development solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and optimization techniques.
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of Salesforce components, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and leverage new functionalities to drive innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
- Ensure alignment with integration strategies and architectural standards, including integrations with on-premises systems via platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a strong track record in complex enterprise projects.
- Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Certified System Architect, or Certified Application Architect preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform features, limitations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce development tools.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and experience with DevOps tools (JIRA, BitBucket, Bamboo).
- Experience with data migration and management strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Expert understanding of Design Patterns and Architectural Styles.
