We’re partnering with a leading, diversified lifestyle and real estate group in the region to appoint a Group Head of Creative—a pivotal leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-performance in-house creative studio. This is an opportunity to shape a best-in-class content engine that delivers fast, high-quality, and performance-driven creative across multiple business verticals.

The Role

As Group Head of Creative, you will lead the end-to-end creative and production ecosystem—balancing brand storytelling with commercial impact. You will oversee content creation across digital, video, OOH, events, and CRM, while ensuring speed, consistency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale an in-house creative studio delivering multi-channel content at pace
  • Oversee full content production lifecycle—from briefing through to delivery
  • Build efficient workflows, SLAs, and resource planning models
  • Ensure strong brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs
  • Partner with Brand, Performance Marketing, CX, and Communications teams for unified storytelling
  • Manage internal teams, freelancers, and external production partners
