This role is permanently based in Dubai, UAE. This is a foundational hire for a highâgrowth business. The role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives in fastâpaced environments, enjoys building rather than maintaining, and is comfortable operating handsâon while shaping longâterm creative strategy.
The Role
- Own and define the brand's creative vision across campaigns, content, packaging, digital, and retail touchpoints.
- Lead all creative and marketing activity, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand integrity.
- Translate brand strategy into clear creative direction for freelancers, agencies, and future inâhouse teams.
- Work handsâon with external partners in the initial phase.
- Build, structure, and scale an inâhouse creative and marketing function over time.
- Oversee storytelling, visual identity, and campaign concepts across GCC and future global markets.
- Partner closely with founders and leadership on brand evolution and market expansion.
- Ensure creative output supports commercial objectives, launch timelines, and growth targets.
Ideal Profile
- 3â5+ years' experience in a creative leadership role (Creative Director, Art Director, Senior Art Director, or similar).
- Background in luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or premium consumer brands strongly preferred.
- Experience within creative agencies, production studios, or inâhouse brand teams.
- Comfortable working both strategically and handsâon in an earlyâstage environment.
- Capable of building teams and creative processes from scratch.
- Energetic, driven, and resilient with a startup mindset.
- Arabic and English bilingual skills preferred but not essential.
- Open to regional and international candidates; European luxury experience is a plus.
