We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Lead to oversee all revenue-generating functions, drive strategic partnerships, and lead commercial operations across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in scaling digital platforms, managing high-value partnerships, and driving commercial performance in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. This role is responsible for shaping commercial strategy, leading business development initiatives, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Identify new growth opportunities across digital, media, partnerships, and enterprise segments.
- Lead P&L ownership for commercial activities, forecasting, and commercial planning.
- Oversee pricing strategy, revenue models, contract structures, and negotiation frameworks.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and expand strategic partnerships with brands, telcos, agencies, platforms, and enterprise clients.
- Lead end-to-end deal execution: pipeline development, proposals, negotiations, closures, and renewals.
- Establish long-term partnerships that increase user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Represent the company in key commercial negotiations and high-level strategic conversations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Own major accounts and oversee relationship management across priority clients.
- Ensure exceptional partner experience and maximize partnership value delivery.
- Act as a senior point of escalation for partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Commercial Operations
- Oversee commercial governance, including contract review, compliance, and risk management.
- Manage commercial reporting, dashboards, performance KPIs, and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with finance, product, marketing, and operations to align commercial objectives company-wide.
- Lead and mentor the commercial, partnerships, and business development teams.
- Drive high-performance culture, capability building, and target achievement across the unit.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15+ years of experience in commercial leadership, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven experience in broadcasting or streaming industries.
- Strong track record in building and closing high-value strategic partnerships.
