A leading global communications and advisory firm is seeking an accomplished Head of Corporate Practice to lead and grow its corporate reputation, purpose, and advisory offering. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic, commercially minded professional who can shape the direction of a high-impact practice, advise C-suite clients, and inspire multidisciplinary teams across markets.
The Role
- Set the strategic vision and direction for the corporate practice globally or regionally
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of senior counselors and practitioners
- Advise CEOs, Boards, and executive leadership on corporate reputation, purpose, ESG, transformation, M&A, crisis, and complex stakeholder issues
- Drive new business development and deepen existing client relationships
- Partner closely with other practice and capability leads to deliver integrated solutions
- Represent the firm externally as a thought leader in corporate affairs and reputation management
What We’re Looking For
- Significant senior-level experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs, or reputation advisory (agency or in-house)
- Proven leadership experience, including building and managing large, diverse teams
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and winning new business
- Trusted C-suite advisor with experience navigating complex, high-stakes issues
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insight into action
