We are partnering with a leading, high-growth real estate developer in the UAE to appoint a Chief Sales Officer to lead a full transformation of their global sales function. This is not a traditional sales leadership role. This is a mandate for a hands-on sales transformation operator who can rebuild, scale, and integrate a complex, multi-market sales engine.
The Mandate
- You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales ecosystem—redefining how the business drives revenue across local and international markets.
