Role Overview:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing transformations, brand management, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market share
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, content marketing, and analytics to boost online presence and engagement
- Manage brand positioning, market research, and competitive analysis
- Manage the marketing budget with strategic allocation of resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, media, and other stakeholders, enhancing market positioning and business opportunities
- Stay abreast of market trends, consumer behaviors, and technological advancements to keep the marketing strategy relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
- Background in digital transformation, product marketing, or growth marketing across multiple industries.
- Experience in highly commercial, sales-driven environments with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to execute fast, deliver early wins, and set a long-term vision simultaneously.
- Experience leading multi-regional, multi-sector marketing teams at scale.
- Strategic but hands-on when needed—execution speed is crucial.
