We're looking for a dedicated, results-oriented Account Manager to join our client's expanding VIP Account Management team within the Crypto/Blockchain space.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value Main App clients, providing exceptional service to boost satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Your goal is to forge strong, trusted relationships with top-tier clients, delivering tailored support, insights, and engagement to maximize their platform experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of high-value traders, acting as their dedicated point of contact and champion.
  • Deliver exceptional, proactive support, ensuring prompt responses and tailored solutions to client inquiries.
  • Provide customized market insights, platform recommendations, and strategic guidance to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
  • Uncover and implement cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with client goals and usage patterns.
  • Track client activity and assets under management (AUM) to identify growth opportunities and address potential churn risks.
  • Promote increased platform usage and trading frequency by introducing relevant tools and features.
  • Measure client satisfaction through NPS and feedback channels, continuously refining service delivery.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to create a cohesive client experience and advocate for client needs internally.
  • Expand business opportunities through client referrals, network growth, and fostering deep, trust-based relationships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in client-facing roles (e.g., account management, sales, or customer success), preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of serving high-value/HNW clients with top-tier service.
  • Strong knowledge of crypto markets and trader behavior (or a keen interest to learn quickly).
  • Fluency in one or more languages relevant to your market; cultural sensitivity is essential.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and focused on results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.
