As Acquisitions Manager, you will be the driving force behind identifying, assessing, and securing both on- and off-market property investment opportunities, directly influencing client outcomes and company growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Property Sourcing & Acquisition
- Identify and secure high-potential on- and off-market property investments across Northern Ireland.
- Actively source properties through estate agents, private sellers, and local networks to maintain a consistent deal pipeline.
- Conduct thorough property inspections and site viewings to assess investment potential.
- Financial & Market Analysis
- Analyse investment opportunities including yields, ROCE, comparable market evidence, and risk factors.
- Prepare comprehensive investment packs that translate financial and market data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Deal Execution
- Represent client interests during purchase negotiations to secure favourable terms and maximise return on investment.
- Progress acquisitions efficiently through conveyancing and due diligence processes, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
- Portfolio & Relationship Management
- Maintain detailed records of active leads, offers, completed deals, and historical data for strategic portfolio management.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with estate agents, developers, and key market stakeholders to sustain market intelligence.
- Reporting & Strategic Support
- Prepare and present acquisition proposals and market insights to senior management.
- Support refurbishment and contracting teams through post-acquisition administration and project delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property acquisition, real estate investment, estate agent selling/letting or a related sector.
- Proven track record of sourcing and completing on- and off-market property deals.
- Strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland property market, including residential, commercial, and development opportunities.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
