You\’ll play a key role in the delivery of evidence-based care, with a focus on managing long-term conditions, preventative health, and minor illness treatment. You will also be involved in cervical screening, immunisations, wound care, and patient education – supported every step of the way by experienced colleagues. We welcome applications from experienced Practice Nurses and from newly qualified nurses.
