About the Role:
MCG are looking for a dedicated and skilled Pharmacy Technician to join a GP practice in Oxford . This is a fantastic opportunity to work within primary care and step in the right direction to becoming a pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medication reviews and assist with prescription management.
- Support the repeat prescribing process , ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.
- Provide medication advice to patients and staff, including guidance on over-the-counter treatments.
- Work alongside GPs, nurses, and pharmacists to deliver structured medication reviews .
- Support with medicines reconciliation for new and discharged patients.
Requirements:
Experience working in primary care, a GP practice, or community pharmacy .
Level 2 or Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification
