One of our sites has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, bringing our facilities up to date with the latest clinical environment and equipment. They are incredibly innovative and dynamic with their approach the a patient first focus, with a team that’s been in place for several years. They can offer an excellent salary which is dependent on experience and can be full or part time to suit. Job Overview: As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services as part of our multidisciplinary team. Your role will include: Managing chronic diseases Idealling to specialize in COPD or Diabetes Implementing infection prevention and control measures Obtaining blood samples Electrocardiograms(ECGS) Minor and complex wound management including leg ulcers Travel health advice and vaccinations Child immunization’s and advice Family planning & womens health including cervical SME Promoting health and wellness through various clinics (well women and well man clinics) Supporting the management team in reviewing clinical policies and procedures Experience Required: Essential: Experience in a primary care environment Experience as a practice nurse or community nurse Registered on the NMC This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
