This unique position offers the chance to make a real difference in diabetes management and patient outcomes, providing guidance and support to healthcare professionals and patients to optimize treatment pathways. In this role, you’ll work closely with the NHS to implement best practices in diabetes care. Through remote consultations, you’ll support practices in delivering a high standard of care, focusing on improving patient education and outcomes in line with national guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote support and guidance to healthcare teams on diabetes management and treatment options. Ideally able to prescribe Conduct virtual consultations with patients, focusing on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence. Work collaboratively with NHS partners to implement the latest treatment protocols, drive best practices, and improve diabetes care delivery. Educate healthcare professionals on treatment pathways and strategies to manage diabetes in line with national standards.
