This role sits at the intersection of design governance, technical coordination, MEP engineering, and project delivery. You'll act as the client's owner's engineer - ensuring that designs, vendors, contractors, and fit-out packages all align with the required specifications, quality benchmarks, and delivery milestones. You will support projects from technical due diligence and preconstruction through construction, fit-out, commissioning, and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate technical due diligence of colocation data halls and third-party sites.
  • Support contractor pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and technical/commercial analysis.
  • Assist with contract negotiation alongside SMEs, PMs, commercial teams, and legal.
  • Coordinate engineering programmes including site audits, gap analysis, and compliance checks.
  • Support constructability reviews across MEP and multidisciplinary design packages.
  • Assist in identifying, scoping, procuring, and scheduling direct vendors and consultants.
