Our client, an M&E subcontractor who operate throughout London, are looking for a mechanical project manager to join their growing team. This role is responsible for various high‑rise residential projects across Central London.
- Managing specialist contractors and budgets
- Ensuring achievable targets are agreed with clients and site teams
- Carrying out regular audits of staff performance and quality of work
- Handovers/Closing out projects
- Technical reviews
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience of management on M&E projects
- Computer literacy
- IOSH/NEBOSH
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Recognised Building Services Qualifications (HNC or equivalent)
