Our client, an M&E subcontractor who operate throughout London, are looking for a mechanical project manager to join their growing team. This role is responsible for various high‑rise residential projects across Central London.

  • Managing specialist contractors and budgets
  • Ensuring achievable targets are agreed with clients and site teams
  • Carrying out regular audits of staff performance and quality of work
  • Handovers/Closing out projects
  • Technical reviews

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of management on M&E projects
  • Computer literacy
  • IOSH/NEBOSH
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Recognised Building Services Qualifications (HNC or equivalent)
