AC Fitter - Manchester City Centre
Location: Manchester City Centre
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 8-10 Months (Full-Time)
Working Days: Between Monday to Saturday
Overtime Available
Rate: Competitive (discussed upon experience level)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced AC Fitter to join a major project in Manchester City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure 8-10 months of full-time work, with overtime available and potential for ongoing work with a large, reputable client.
We are looking for someone who brings not only the right skills and experience, but also a positive attitude and a collaborative approach. You\'ll be joining a supportive and professional team where good teamwork is valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of Air Conditioning systems
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- Installation of pipework, and condenser units
- Testing, commissioning, and basic fault finding
- Adhering to all health & safety protocols and site procedures
- Liaising with site supervisors and other trades
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship throughout
Requirements:
- Relevant Air Conditioning qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent minimum)
- F-Gas Certification
- Proven experience in AC installation
Valid CSCS Card - Ability to work Monday to Saturday
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Two strong previous work references available to contact
- Eligibility to work in the UK
