Location: Maidenhead (Office Based), Full time, Permanent.

We're looking for a fast-paced Procurement Assistant to join our team here in Maidenhead. This is an exciting opportunity in a role that offers a variety of different responsibilities. We’re a small team; however, we’re growing, and our functions and duties support the entire business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to parts, PO’s & invoices.
  • Maintain procurement records including supplier information, purchase history and related ordering processes.
  • Parts ordering / Sourcing.
  • Timely inbox management.
  • Working directly with our engineers to support customer needs.
