Key Responsibilities

  • New Starter Experience - Supporting with induction planning and onboarding
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation involved with the employee lifecycle
  • Handling HR queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting absence management and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
  • Be involved with employee feedback leading to continuous improvement

About You

  • Previous administrative experience (HR experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
