Due to growth, we are now looking for experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineers that can work as part of a dynamic team, who can effectively manage customers’ expectations and are proud of the results they deliver. Our philosophy is simple; our engineers are the heartbeat of our business; we look after them and in turn they look after our customers.

There are regular opportunities to do more than your guaranteed 40 hours each week, on average our engineers work a 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday), this includes door-to-door travel and paid lunch breaks. How we work: Each engineer manages their own customer sites within a workable area, we don’t believe in travelling for hours to get to a site, it’s not productive. Our customers want the same engineer to look after them, which means building lasting relationships with the customer and their teams.

Being part of a team: Every one of our engineers is as valuable as each other, they work closely with one another to ensure we are the best version of ourselves every day! The customers we work with want the same person to go to their kitchen, which means we build lasting relationships with our customers and our engineers stay - we are not recruiting new engineers to replace people, we are most definitely recruiting engineers to service, support and manage our expanding customer portfolio.
