Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by booking meetings for field‑based BDMs in London and the Southeast.
- Cold call and prospect new potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Set up appointments for BDMs to meet potential customers.
- Track week‑on‑week progress to hit meeting targets.
- Support tender opportunities and compile documentation and presentations.
- Assist in generating quotations, keep CRM database accurate, serve as first point of contact for regional sales queries.
- Support other colleagues across MCFT.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a similar role with a focus on booking meetings and driving new business.
- Energetic, target‑driven, self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Comfortable with cold calling, presenting over the phone, and building rapport quickly.
- Ability to handle objections and challenging situations.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with company procedures.
- Experience working with IT programs and CRM systems is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in telesales.
- Live within commutable distance of Maidenhead.
