We're looking for a fast-paced Procurement Assistant to join our team here in Maidenhead. This is an exciting opportunity in a role that offers a variety of different responsibilities; we’re a small team; however, we’re growing, and our functions and duties support the entire business.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to parts, PO’s & invoices.
- Maintain procurement records including supplier information, purchase history and related ordering processes.
- Parts ordering / Sourcing.
- Timely inbox management.
- Working directly with our engineers to support customer needs.
