Starting Salary £35,000. Locations UK (Maidenhead, Berkshire), followed by opportunities in overseas territories (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Philippines, Netherlands, APAC) or within UK expansion roles.

The Programme:
Initially you will be based in the UK, gaining experience of MCFT’s core business with heavy focus on the Finance Department of the business. You will gain good working knowledge across finance, commercial activity, customer engagement and people leadership. Alongside this hands-on exposure, you will complete a structured MCFT Talent Accelerator Curriculum, focused on:
- Understanding how a technical service business operates
- Using data and KPIs to guide decisions
- Developing commercial awareness
- Building and leading effective teams
- Analysing markets and contributing to strategic planning
The training is entirely MCFT-focused, designed to give you the specific operational and financial knowledge required to quickly make an impact—whether within an existing territory, a new market, or as part of our ongoing UK expansion. Successful completion of the programme opens up opportunities to progress into leadership positions either overseas or within the UK, depending on business needs and your strengths.

About You:

Leadership & Achievement:
- Experience in a supervisory, team leader, shift leader or voluntary leadership role
- Evidenced examples of working towards goals, targets or significant achievements
Commercial & Customer Experience:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, sales or customer-facing work
- Bonus if you have finance / accounts exposure
Academic or Professional Development:
- Either a degree within Finance or a strong record of applied learning through an apprenticeship or similar route
Personal Qualities:
- A passion for travel or previous experience working or living overseas
- A love of languages, and willingness to learn new cultures
- Tangible experiences where you have shown yourself to be ambitious and motivated by challenge
- Comfortable taking responsibility and speaking up
