Location: Leicester, Birmingham, Derby

Compensation: Basic £40k‑45k, OTE £55k‑60k, plus car allowance and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain personal lead generation calls to achieve appointment targets and sales opportunities.
  • Develop new business, including managing and submitting tenders.
  • Liaise with field-based operational colleagues to identify new opportunities and develop ongoing business.
  • Manage accounts of existing key accounts.
  • Stay aware of the market and periodically conduct research.
  • Participate in networking opportunities.
  • Prepare and complete weekly sales reports with commentary and forecast information.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record in the B2B environment.
  • Successful delivery of service sales targets.
  • Ability to create a personal sales activity plan designed to achieve sales targets.
  • Skill in developing sales opportunities from a range of sources, including cold calling and partnerships with third parties.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with empathy and influencing ability.
