We are a nationwide company that specialises in Catering and Refrigeration maintenance working for high-end customers. Due to growth, we are now looking for an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer who can work as part of a dynamic team, effectively manage customers’ expectations, and take pride in the results they deliver.
Our philosophy is simple; our engineers are the heartbeat of our business; we look after them, and in turn, they look after our customers. There are regular opportunities to do more than your guaranteed 40 hours each week; on average, our engineers work 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday), which includes door-to-door travel and paid lunch breaks. Our engineers drive a van, have fuel cards, and have auto pay for parking, toll charges, and congestion charges – the van is also available for personal use.
How We Work
Each engineer manages their own customer sites within a workable area; we don’t believe in travelling for hours to get to a site, as it’s not productive. Our customers want the same engineer to look after them, which means building lasting relationships with the customer and their teams.
Being Part Of a Team
Every one of our engineers is as valuable as each other; they work closely with one another to ensure we are the best version of ourselves every day! The customers we work with want the same person to go to their kitchen, which means we build lasting relationships with our customers, and our engineers stay – we are not recruiting new engineers to replace people; we are definitely recruiting engineers to service, support, and manage our expanding customer portfolio.
