Our philosophy is simple; our engineers are the heartbeat of our business; we look after them and in turn they look after our customers. Our engineers drive a van, have fuel cards and have auto pay parking, toll charges and congestion charges - the van is also available for personal use.
ResponsibilitiesEach engineer manages their own customer sites within a workable area, we don’t believe in travelling for hours to get to a site, it’s not productive. Every one of our engineers is as valuable as each other, they work closely with one another to ensure we are the best version of ourselves every day!
