We are a nationwide company specialising in catering and refrigeration maintenance for high-end customers. Due to growth, we are looking for experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineers to work as part of a dynamic team, manage customer expectations, and take pride in the results. Location: West Sussex – Crawley, Horsham, Petworth, Burgess Hill
Each engineer manages their own customer sites within a workable area, avoiding long travel times. Customers prefer the same engineer for continuity, building lasting relationships. Our engineers work closely together, valuing each other’s contribution. We do not recruit to replace, but to support our expanding customer portfolio.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Recognised industry qualifications - e.g. FGas (others such as hydrocarbon, NVQ and City & Guilds)
- Electrical qualifications
- Manufacturer training - e.g. Foster’s, Williams, True
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of refrigeration equipment
- Proven record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Driving licence (must)
