Our client is looking for a sharp, proactive operator to join our Transfers Team — the engine room responsible for the timely and accurate movement of assets on behalf of their clients. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where precision matters, this is your kind of role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Matching transactions across internal systems
- Liaising with external fund managers, agreeing trades and settlement
- Working directly with brokers to resolve queries
- Keeping clients updated on transfer progress
- Managing CREST and other market settlements
- Handling unit trust re‑registrations and transfers
- Processing certificated holdings
- Investigating and resolving cash and stock reconciliation breaks
- Maintaining strong controls to mitigate operational risk
- Experience of using Equisoft
