This role suits someone who thrives in fast‑moving, agile environments and enjoys delivering multiple small, high‑impact data and compliance initiatives at pace. You’ll work across data, technology, risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory expectations are met while enabling secure, well‑governed data practices.
You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to a busy data‑change pipeline, ensuring initiatives move forward efficiently while keeping stakeholders aligned across a complex and evolving landscape. Two days per week in the Glasgow office will focus on collaborative delivery sessions, stand‑ups, planning and problem‑solving with data, risk and technology teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver multiple small‑to‑medium data‑focused change initiatives end‑to‑end within an agile environment
- Build pragmatic, right‑sized delivery plans for data protection, data storage, and risk‑related workstreams
- Manage RAID logs with discipline, identifying data risks early and driving rapid mitigation
- Navigate shifting priorities, evolving data requirements and cross‑team dependencies
- Work closely with data owners, risk teams, product managers, SMEs, architects and technology partners
- Provide clear communication and senior‑ready reporting across concurrent data workstreams
- Remove blockers quickly to maintain delivery momentum and ensure compliance timelines are met
- Embed lightweight governance, agile ways of working and appropriate change control
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned
- Support business readiness, data governance adoption and smooth transition into BAU
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ experience delivering as a Project Manager, ideally within data‑driven or regulatory environments
- Background in financial services, data governance, digital, product, risk or operational change
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining pace and structure.
