These range from small internal tools to large, business‑critical platforms - including the organisation’s website, eDiscovery solutions, and a suite of legal technology products used across the business. This is a high‑visibility role with significant stakeholder engagement, ideal for someone who thrives in complex delivery environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to multi‑stream product landscapes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading delivery across a varied product portfolio, ensuring smooth operation, continuous improvement, and clear prioritisation.
- Acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Embedding Agile ways of working and championing best‑practice delivery methodologies.
- Supporting and enhancing the organisation’s main website and other digital platforms, ensuring they remain stable, secure, and user‑focused.
- Driving user adoption, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Managing dependencies across multiple streams, identifying risks early, and keeping delivery on track.
- Bringing a process‑improvement mindset to workflows, vendor engagement, and team practices.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in project and Agile delivery, ideally within a product‑led environment.
- Someone who can wear multiple hats — delivery lead, problem‑solver, facilitator, and trusted advisor.
- Confidence managing a broad product landscape with varying levels of complexity.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and communicate clearly.
- Experience working with vendors and third‑party partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- A proactive, organised, and adaptable mindset — comfortable spinning multiple plates while maintaining focus on outcomes.
- Passion for building high‑performing teams and driving meaningful change.
