Project Manager for a 12-month FTC - the kind of people who loves building robust plans, managing RAID like a pro, diving into risks and issues, and keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.

The team operates on a hybrid basis, usually 2 days on-site to support collaboration, sprint ceremonies and stakeholder engagement.

If you enjoy getting into the detail, navigating fast-moving product change, and unblocking teams so things keep moving, this could be your next role.

Working within a product and scrum environment, you’ll plan and deliver small-to-medium change projects that evolve rapidly, supporting product development while maintaining structure, clarity and momentum.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building detailed, accurate delivery plans and keeping them tightly maintained
  • Owning RAID end-to-end - spotting risks early, tracking issues, and driving mitigations
  • Partnering closely with product owners, SMEs and technology teams within a scrum space
  • Managing fast-moving small change initiatives that shift frequently
  • Providing clear, concise progress updates to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring blockers are identified quickly and removed to keep delivery flowing
  • Aligning all project work to governance, standards and change policies
  • Championing a “lessons learned” mindset and continuous improvement
  • Tracking delivery against time, budget and expected outcomes
  • Coordinating readiness, change impacts and benefits across business & BAU teams

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager ideally within product or marketing within Financial Services
  • A genuine love for detail — planning, RAID, reporting, documentation, governance
  • Strong experience delivering digital and customer-facing change
  • Comfortable working in product-led, scrum/Agile environments
  • Skilled at managing multiple small changes that move quickly
  • Excellent stakeholder management — confident influencing at all levels
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio (JIRA a bonus)
  • Calm under pressure, self-driven, and proactive in keeping delivery on track
