We’re looking for an adaptable, detail‑focused Investment Operations Analyst who can bring strong transferable experience into a fast‑moving operations environment.
If you enjoy working across different processes, supporting multiple teams and applying your analytical skills to keep core investment operations running smoothly, this role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your exposure across Treasury, Transfers, Settlements and Corporate Actions.
This 12‑month fixed‑term role is ideal for someone who has worked in financial operations, payments, reconciliations, trade support or similar environments and is confident moving between priorities as business needs evolve.
You’ll play a key part in supporting daily processes, resolving exceptions, contributing to change activity and helping teams maintain high standards of control and client service.
Success in this role comes from being organised, collaborative and comfortable applying your existing operational experience to new areas.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the wider Operations function, supporting business initiatives, assisting with migrations and helping embed new ways of working — all while maintaining accuracy, strong controls and a client‑focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support across Treasury, Transfers, Settlements and Corporate Actions.
- Support payment and banking activities, including workflow monitoring, data validation and accurate record‑keeping.
- Assist with client and account migrations, preparing, validating and tracking data throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor operational queues, exceptions and reconciliations, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Support settlement processing, static‑data updates and wider control activities across the investment operations function.
- Assist with the administration and processing of corporate‑actions events, ensuring all controls are followed.
- Maintain accurate MI, operational trackers, control logs and supporting documentation.
- Contribute to new processes, system enhancements and operational change initiatives.
- Work closely with operational teams and Team Leaders to uphold high standards of service, risk management and operational efficiency.
