We’re looking for an experienced Settlements Analyst to join a high-performing team within an investment management business. You’ll be responsible for the timely and accurate settlement of trades, acting as an escalation point for complex queries and supporting team leadership with oversight and control.

Our client operates a hybrid working environment, with offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and settle internal and external trades
  • Liaise with brokers, fund managers, and clients
  • Manage pre-matching and monitor failed trades
  • Support settlement across Crest, Euroclear, DTC and other markets
  • Process Unit Trust and certificated trades
  • Resolve cash and stock reconciliation breaks
  • Monitor and report client money and asset shortfalls
  • Provide oversight, authorisation, and support to the team leader
  • Maintain strong operational controls and ensure regulatory compliance
