We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join a leading Financial Services organisation on a 12-month contract, supporting a portfolio of small-change initiatives across Marketing and Commercial functions.
This is a delivery-focused role suited to a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder engagement, and can confidently drive multiple concurrent workstreams to successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate multiple change initiatives across Marketing and Commercial teams
- Apply Agile methodologies to drive delivery, transparency, and momentum
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID reporting
- Partner with senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and remove blockers
- Ensure consistent governance, reporting, and project documentation standards
- Bring structure, clarity, and pace to a busy change portfolio
- Proven track record as a Project Manager within Financial Services
- Strong practical knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, sprint ceremonies)
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on execution and delivery
Experience supporting Marketing, Commercial, or customer-facing transformation initiatives is advantageous.
