We’re partnering with a fast-growing, API-led investment platform that is transforming the infrastructure powering modern financial services. With significant momentum behind them and a growing client base, they’re now hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of their core engineering squads. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role with genuine influence over product direction, architecture, and team culture.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for delivering a key part of the platform. You’ll work closely with product, operations, and commercial teams to ensure the roadmap is executed with urgency and quality. As a manager, you’ll create the conditions for your team to thrive—ensuring clarity, alignment, and professional growth across the board.

You’ll take ownership of the full engineering lifecycle: from planning and architecture to delivery and continuous improvement. With a growing business and evolving client needs, adaptability, leadership, and pragmatism will be essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the engineering roadmap for your team
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to a team of engineers
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality software
