McFall Recruitment is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Change & IT team. You’ll play a key role in leading the delivery of business change projects across the organisation and client base — helping define new ways of working, enabling innovation, and ensuring seamless project execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and deliver change projects in line with the businesses Change Programme and governance frameworks
  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and cross-functional collaboration across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third-party vendors
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with confidence – identifying, escalating and resolving risks and blockers
  • Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades, platform integrations, and digital transitions with internal teams and external partners
  • Track and manage project documentation and workflows using tools like JIRA
  • Contribute to overall change governance and ensure compliance with audit and risk requirements
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and agile thinking

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in project/change delivery within a financial services or fintech environment
  • Strong knowledge of Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills – able to engage across all levels
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience in tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • A natural leader who can inspire teams and drive accountability
  • Experience managing external vendors and IT infrastructure change projects is a plus
