McFall Recruitment is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Change & IT team. You’ll play a key role in leading the delivery of business change projects across the organisation and client base — helping define new ways of working, enabling innovation, and ensuring seamless project execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and deliver change projects in line with the businesses Change Programme and governance frameworks
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and cross-functional collaboration across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third-party vendors
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with confidence – identifying, escalating and resolving risks and blockers
- Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades, platform integrations, and digital transitions with internal teams and external partners
- Track and manage project documentation and workflows using tools like JIRA
- Contribute to overall change governance and ensure compliance with audit and risk requirements
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and agile thinking
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project/change delivery within a financial services or fintech environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills – able to engage across all levels
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience in tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- A natural leader who can inspire teams and drive accountability
- Experience managing external vendors and IT infrastructure change projects is a plus
