What You'll Do
- Work on sell- and buy-side mandates with exposure to various industries
- Involvement in all steps of the M&A process, including financial analysis, modelling and valuation, negotiations, marketing and legal processes
- Work with different client types, such as entrepreneurs, private equity firms and corporates
- Conduct company and industry research
- Prepare financial and valuation analyses
About You
- Excellent educational background with a strong degree
- 1-2 years of relevant full-time work experience within M&A or transaction advisory, with an ACA/ACCA qualification viewed as a strong plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Native or equivalent in English required with proficiency in German, Swedish or Finnish viewed as an advantage
