Join our growing team. We are looking for new interns to join our London M&A team. What you'll do:
- Gain experience and support the team in all aspects of M&A transactions
- Strong involvement in sell- and buy-side prospects and current mandates
- Work on pitch preparation, target and investor identification, as well as marketing materials
- Conduct market, industry and company research
- Work on financial modelling and valuation analyses
About you:
- Graduate with a strong academic track record in economics, finance or other similar degree
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English
- Previous work experience within investment banking, management consulting or other advisory is preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the commitment to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
