McEvoy Foods International Ltd is seeking a high-performing Commercial Manager to lead and grow key accounts in both the food service and manufacturing sectors, with a particular focus on frozen and chilled product categories. This role will drive strategic growth across national and regional customers, developing long-term partnerships and unlocking new opportunities within a fast-paced and competitive market. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across the foodservice sector, working closely with our manufacturing partners and customers to deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, including national wholesalers, buying groups, restaurant chains and manufacturers.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth with existing and new customers.
- Work closely with our manufacturing partners to effectively manage all aspects of business including commercial negotiations, tender submissions, new product development, logistics and stock planning.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with our manufacturing partners and customers.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or similar role within foodservice or FMCG.
- Strong track record of managing and growing chilled and/or frozen food categories.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK foodservice market, including traditional wholesale, QSR, restaurant chains and contract caterers.
- Excellent commercial acumen and proven ability to influence at senior levels.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to operate across several different categories.

- Established network within foodservice buying groups and national accounts.
- Understanding of category trends within frozen and chilled convenience, ingredients, or prepared foods.
