Our client is currently looking to recruit for a Purchasing Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring purchased goods are in stock within the required timeframe., * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers

Ensuring all parts are ordered within the desired timeframe

Monitor prices and stock levels and liaise with relevant personnel

Negotiate prices and lead times

Updating of price files
-
Arrange for distribution of materials and parts

Handling of delivery paperwork

Other relevant duties

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Excellent negotiation skills
