Procurement Manager Our client a leading manufacturing of premium products is currently looking to recruit a Purchasing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be joining a growing and successful business and work alongside the senior management team within the business. About the company A leading manufacturer of premium products Invest in their facilities and employees Offer a variety of employee perks and benefits The Role Responsible for sourcing and purchasing the best quality materials and parts Raising purchase orders for parts and materials Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams ensuring business needs are met Ensure the security and sustainability of sources for essential materials and parts Set, monitor, and review stock levels and adjust these if required Develop and implement procurement strategies Analyse data and reports Meet with suppliers to secure lead times and ensure these are being met Attend meetings and liaise with different departments throughout the business Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers Proactively work on reducing costs and securing favourable terms for the business Undertake value for money reviews of existing contracts Source and secure new suppliers for essential products Essential Criteria A minimum of 5 (+) year experience working in procurement and supply chain Ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent motivator Competent in making decisions Excellent negotiating skills Project management skills The successful candidates will receive: Career Progression Attractive salary Early finish on a Friday Other employee benefits If you are interested in this position, click on the apply link below or callfor more information Skills: Purchasing Procurement Supply Chain Supply Chain Management Negotiating Stock Management TPBN1_NI
