You will be:
- Creating engineer designs throughout concept, design, and installation.
- Checking and approving technical drawings using design processes, procedures, and checklists.
- Liaising with the design team and Engineer Manager regularly to ensure effective communication.
- Producing project reports and other information as required by the management team.
- Managing design projects and developing new products.
- Supporting the sales team with technical specifications.
- Resolving design quality issues by managing the design and providing detailed solutions.
- Complying with company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate must have:
- Relevant Degree or equivalent 3rd level qualification in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2+ years within a machinery and/or manufacturing role.
- Strong 3D CAD modelling capabilities.
- Knowledge of hydraulic design and schematics.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- Strong IT Skills.
