Our client, known locally as an employer of choice, is looking for an experienced Office Manager to assist with daily operations and manage a team of 2 administrators.
Working hours: Mon-Thurs: 9am-5pm, Friday: 9am-4pm

Job Duties:
- Managing and resolving supplier invoice queries and disputes
- Monitoring and reconciling a high volume of supplier accounts and statements to ensure timely payments
- Managing and reviewing internal processes of the Purchasing and Accounts Teams
- Updating excel spreadsheets and data entry into company software
- Completing month end sub-ledger postings and reconciliations
- Reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
- Reviewing and submission of VAT Return
- Reviewing & improving internal Processes
- Reviewing Staff Performance and Targets
What you will need:
- Previous experience in leading a team of administrators
- A proven track record of handling a high volume of invoices
- The ability to work collaboratively and build working relationships with diverse people at all levels
- The ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure with minimum supervision
- Improvising and adapting to organisational changes as and when they arise
