You are responsible for working as a part of the accounts team in a busy fast paced and high-volume environment, providing administrative support to the finance function.

Specific Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with Statement reconciliations.
  • Ensure all processing and scanning of Purchase Ledger invoices/credits are completed.
  • Resolve queries with internal/external customers.
  • Ensure all filing of statements and invoices are completed.
  • Bank Reconciliation of all O&S operating accounts.
  • Assisting with Wage Journals.
  • Management of company petty cash.
  • Preparation of bank lodgements on a regular basis.
  • Weekly and monthly financial reporting.

Essential criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years office experience, preferably within finance.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to develop and add value.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
