Our client, a successful and growing business, is currently looking to recruit for a Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking projects from design stage through to construction handover.

The Role:
- Manage across multiple commercial, domestic and residential contracts
- Review project status and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Be in constant liaison between design, contractors and delivery team
- Work closely with procurement team ensuring products required for projects are on site in line with project requirement
- Presenting project status reports on projects
- Mentor and guide junior members in the team
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 3(+) years experience in a M&E contracts management position
- An understanding of mechanical projects in residential and commercial construction
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Travel across ROI to different projects
