Design Engineer in Magherafelt

Design Engineer About the role: Our client a leading engineering firm with multiple sites are seeking to add to their team of talented design engineers. This role will be based at their new office in Magherafelt and after training the successful candidate can work hybrid (2 days per week) There main duties will include: Use CAD software to develop models and drawings Developing detailed engineering drawings for manufacturing Work closely with manufacturing to ensure products are fabricated to specifications & provide support where required Develop detailed engineering drawings for manufacturing, aligned to the companys production processes and machinery Creating BOM lists Organise and manage engineering documentation and records, change orders etc. To be successful for this role: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience Knowledge of CAD software and understanding of sheet metal design Ideally you will have experience in SolidWorks and Creo Experience with Microsoft packages Benefits: Attractive pay Hybrid working Company healthcare Exposure to a variety of projects Career progression and development opportunities What you need to do now If you\’re interested in this role, click \’apply now\’ to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now on .
