Are you seeking a new HR role in a highly reputable company? If this is the case, then I may have the opportunity for you. We are working closely with our client to recruit a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant to join their team.

Job Description:

  • Prepare all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions e.g. flexible working.
  • Support the implementation of HR systems or databases; to enter data and maintain these accordingly.
  • Prepare, as required, management reports on employee-related data to assist with the management and development of staff.
  • Provide general administration support to the HR department as required, acting as point of contact for any candidate queries during the recruitment and selection process.
  • Any other duties as required.

The Person will be able to demonstrate:

  • A professional and confident approach to working relationships, have great communication and literacy skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a busy HR team within a manufacturing environment and must have a degree in HR Management or CIPD Level 5.
