You are responsible for working as a part of the accounts team in a busy fast-paced and high-volume environment, providing administrative support to the finance function.
Specific Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Statement reconciliations.
- Ensure all processing and scanning of Purchase Ledger invoices/credits are completed.
- Resolve queries with internal/external customers.
- Ensure all filing of statements and invoices are completed.
- Bank Reconciliation of all O&S operating accounts.
- Assisting with Wage Journals.
- Management of company petty cash.
- Preparation of bank lodgements on a regular basis.
- Weekly and monthly financial reporting.
Essential criteria:
- Minimum 3 years office experience, preferably within finance.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to develop and add value.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team.
