Welding Supervisor Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Fabricator to join an established engineering company in the Dungannon area. My client is a highly successfully locally owned engineer company who due to continued growth are expanding their fabrication team. What you will do: Plan & organise daily manufacturing activities within your designated production areas. Provide team members with clear daily instructions to maintain efficient production flow to meet production targets. Liaise closely with the Production Manager and Customer Accounts Planner to ensure production meets the delivery schedule. Maintain an effective working arrangement with the other departments. Resolve team issues, production difficulties and advise on possible assembly and despatch delays. Conduct, monitor & enforce quality inspections to ensure all products are manufactured to the required standard and according to customer specification. Report any plant or machinery breakdowns as per procedure. To be considered for this role you will have: Mig Welding experience 3 years (Minimum) Experience leading a team 2 years (preferred) Experience fabricating parts Able to read and work to engineer drawings Mathematical ability to work out measurements Ability to work with a high level of accuracy You will receive: Highly attractive hourly rate Bonus for time-keeping Optional overtime at enhanced rates Career progression Great working conditions.
